# Role Changes

**The** **Role Changes** **Report** allows Supervisors and Managers to view and review Employee Role Changes and Roles for periodic reviews.

* **Changes Only -** Review recently added or removed Roles.&#x20;
* **All Users -**  View and review all Roles for all Users. &#x20;

Review and record audit decisions for Employees with recently added or removed Roles.

#### How To Review Role Changes Only:&#x20;

1. Navigate to **Environments** and select an **Environment.**&#x20;
2. Select '**Audit Review'** and click the **Role Changes Report.**&#x20;
3. On the **Changes Only** tab, select an existing **Audit Project** or **Create New**.\
   \&#xNAN;*\*Search by* *Name, UserID, EMPLID, or Account Status to customize the report view.*&#x20;
4. Under the Decision Column, click **Approve** or **Deny.**&#x20;

If a Role Change is marked as **'Deny,'** it will display under the **'Remediate'** column until a security administrator *removes* the access.&#x20;

Review and record audit decisions for all Roles for All Users. Track reviewal progress using percentages.&#x20;

#### How To Review Roles for All Users:&#x20;

1. Navigate to **Environments** and select an **Environment.**&#x20;
2. Select '**Audit Review'** and click the **Role Changes Report.** &#x20;
3. On the **All Users** tab, search for a User. \
   \&#xNAN;*\*Filter using the various menus to customize the report view.\**&#x20;
4. Click the **'View'** icon to display the User's Access. &#x20;
5. Under the **'Roles'** tab, click **Approve** or **Deny.**&#x20;

If Roles are marked as **'Deny,'** it will display under the **'Remediate'** column until a security administrator *removes* the access.&#x20;

Role Changes (Employee Review) Reports can be created and shared with any user.  *\*A Sentinel account **is not*** ***required** to view or download the report.\**

* Generate On-Demand Reports for immediate use.
* Schedule Reports to automatically create and distribute at a set interval.

Audit Reports are available to View Online (URL), Save as PDF, or Download as CSV. &#x20;

#### Generate On-Demand Employee Review Reports:

1. Navigate to **Environments** and select an **Environment.**&#x20;
2. Select '**Audit Review'** and click the **Role Changes Report.**&#x20;
3. Click **'Schedule.'**
4. Select an existing **Audit Project** or enter a **Custom Period.** \
   \&#xNAN;*\*The report will only include Audit Review decisions within the selected period.* &#x20;
5. Enter a **Report Title (Name).**
6. Click **'Generate Report'** and then click **'View Report.'** <br>

#### Schedule Employee Review Reports:&#x20;

1. Navigate to **Environments** and select an **Environment.**&#x20;
2. Select '**Audit Review'** and click the **Role Changes Report.**&#x20;
3. Click **'Schedule'** and select the **'Add New Schedule'** tab.&#x20;
4. Enter one or more **Recipient Emails**, separated by a comma.
5. Select an existing **Audit Project.**   \
   \&#xNAN;*\*The report will only include Audit Review decisions within the selected period.*&#x20;
6. Select the **Interval** (distribution frequency) and enter a **Time/Day.**&#x20;
7. Click **'Save.'**\
   \&#xNAN;*\*Scheduled reports will appear under the 'Scheduled' tab.* <br>
